This license is tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, empowering users to create compelling web pages and online portfolios.
While this license exempts users from recurring fees or subscriptions, it is important to recognize that the licensor retains the right to terminate the license unilaterally. This termination provision ensures the licensor can address potential unforeseen circumstances or changes in software distribution and utilisation policies.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of NextStart, it cannot be refunded or exchanged once it has been downloaded.
5. Disclaimer
NextStart is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. There is no guarantee that NextStart will meet your requirements, or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The licensor expressly disclaims all other warranties not stated in this Agreement.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
NextStart offers no warranties regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of the software. NextStart shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses that arise from the use or inability to use the software. Liability for breaches of this Agreement, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the services or software.
7. Responsibilities
NextStart is not responsible for how the user utilizes the content generated by using NextStart.
8. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. By using NextStart, you acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and NextStart. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of NextStart and acknowledge that NextStart is not liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
